Class material is designed for veterinarians, all members of the veterinary team are welcome to attend. There is no charge to attend this class in the SVS conference room. This CE will be submitted to the veterinary board of governors for 1 hour of CE credit for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
Dr. Huskie grew up in Snohomish, WA. She completed her freshman year of undergraduate studies in Scotland at the University of St. Andrews before returning to Washington and graduating with a Bachelors degree in Neuroscience from Washington State University. She worked as a veterinary technician in the ICU at the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital for several years before entering the veterinary program at Washington State University. After graduating from veterinary school in 2014 she is excited to be back in the Seattle area. Her veterinary interests include emergency medicine, surgery, and transfusion medicine. In her free time, Dr. Huskie enjoys traveling, snowboarding, volleyball, surfing and hiking with her dog Quincy.
